Ted Brandt started working at Wilson’s Fitness in 1995 as a personal trainer.  He had served in the United States Air Force, and separating in 1994, headed from there to college.  During school and the early days of his career working at Boone Hospital, he trained clients, until about 2001.  While obtaining his M.B.A. and M.H.A.
