ADULT PARISI

Results based training. Strength days are focused on increasing strength and the accrual of muscle to transform. Metabolic Training days are focused on maximizing the caloric burn. You will have unlimited access to the weekly schedule (currently 24 different sessions offered a week). All sessions will be in a small group setting and coached by one of our certified coaches. 

SILVER STRONG

Silver strong is a group for those 55 and up dedicated to their unique fitness endeavors. Let us take the guesswork out of your workouts! Every session is coach led so that you are not only safe, but challenged. This group can come to any class that works for their schedule. No pre-enrollment needed.
