Parisi has been training athletes for success for over 25 years. Our proven PM4 methodology has helped coaches and teams from all sports improve their game, increase their record, and win the big one! Using many of the same techniques our founder used to train professional teams, as well as prepare aspiring athletes for combine, we can help your team or athlete benefit from his proven success.

JUMP START

The Parisi Jump Start Program utilizes the most up-to-date research to build a young athlete’s physical foundation and improve coordination and self-esteem. Our signature speed and strength training methods are serious, but all within a fun and friendly environment to ensure the young athlete is engaged and motivated to give 100%.

Our Performance Coaches are specifically trained to motivate and challenge the young athlete, while providing age-level safe and appropriate training techniques and corrections that set a foundation for good life-time habits.

Jump Start is a must for any young person who wants to develop foundational athletic skills that will help them rise above their competition.

Speed is a learned skill, and Parisi Speed School is the place to learn!

TOTAL PERFORMANCE

The Parisi Total Performance Program utilizes the most up-to-date research on safe athlete training techniques and injury prevention as it foundation. This program uses our signature speed and strength training methods and cutting-edge coaching techniques from certified Parisi Performance Coaches to produce maximum improvements in athletic performance. At this level, programming is broken down into an individual focus per session. These are:

  • Linear Speed: Parisi’s signature straight-ahead acceleration and top-speed running techniques.
  • Change of Direction: Agility and ability to decelerate and move in any direction quickly.
  • Full Body Strength: Strength training exercises for muscle development and injury prevention.

Many experts view the ages of 13 – 18 as the most ideal age for developing speed, strength and power over an athlete’s entire lifetime. It is during this program that the athlete and Parisi Performance Coach focus on the detailed, but critical specifics that are the basis for athletic success.

LOG IN & ENROLLMENT INFO.

HOW DO I GET A USER NAME AND PASSWORD? If your athlete is a current Wilson’s member, they may have already used Member Self Service (MSS).  You can use the same user name and password.

If your athlete is not a current Wilson’s member or has not yet used Member Self Service as a Parisi athlete, the number on their key tag will serve as both user name and password. The first time you log in, you will be prompted to change your password and you can either keep that number as your username or you can change it once you are logged in.

CAN I USE MSS FROM MY PHONE? YES This process works very well from a smart phone. In fact if you go to this page from your phone, you can book mark or save the log in page to your home screen and it will be at your fingertips whenever you want to enroll or unenroll.

WHAT IF I LOSE MY KEY TAG? Not only is the key tag your access to Member Self Service, it is also the most convenient way to check in at the clubs. If you have lost your key tag you may purchase a new one at the front desk of any fitness location for just $5.

ONCE I LOG IN TO MY ACCOUNT, HOW DO I ENROLL IN A CLASS? On the left side of the page you will find your menu. From there do the following: 1) Choose Classes & Courses 2) Choose the box that says Enroll In New Class 3) Choose Parisi in the drop down menu.  This is the only way Parisi information will appear. 4) A box will pop up with information about the classes. If the class is full please do not register as stand by. If there is space, click Enroll in Class and you’re done!

HOW DO I CHECK IN FOR CLASS Plan to arrive 5 minutes prior to class. If you are not checked in 5 minutes prior to class start, your spot may be given away.

CAN I CANCEL MY ENROLLMENT IF SOMETHING COMES UP?  You can unenroll from classes through your on line account or call the club to cancell no less than 2 hours before class begins.  If you choose to cancel less than 2 hours prior to the class start or if you do not show up for the class, there will be a $5 fee charged to your account for all Members who hae a class enrollment option on their memberships. There are no refunds for regularly charged classes.

PEAK
Parisi Elite Athletic Knowledge

The Parisi PEAK Program was created for elite athletes who aspire to compete at the highest levels. The program focuses on each individual’s needs and desired improvements for his or her specific sport. PEAK can be added to our Jump Start and Total Performance programming to provide a comprehensive athlete training program or it can stand on its own to work only on specific needs.

PEAK has an intense focus on specific strength and speed training techniques centered around an athlete’s individual needs, recovery, nutrition and regeneration. The training is unmatched in its intensity. It utilizes advanced training methodologies and tools to help athletes break through previous speed and strength plateaus and reach new heights of athletic performance. PEAK athletes are assigned to a specific Parisi Certified Performance Coach who monitors progress and plans progression programming specific to the athlete and his/her progress.

PEAK has been proven to help athletes:

  • Run their fastest sprint time ever
  • Increase vertical jump
  • Break their all-time max lift
  • Maximize agility
