Coach Catina Topash

Catina, Wilson’s Group Fitness Director, is a 500 RYT, YogaFit Master Trainer, a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider, and has specialty yoga training in trauma, chronic pain, nervous system disorders, back pain, pre/post natal, injury prevention and recovery, positive psychology, and yoga for seniors. In addition, Catina holds overs 25 additional certifications including, American Council on Exercise (ACE) Personal Trainer, and DK Body Pilates.

Catina has always had a love for group fitness and when she was unhealthy and unfit, it was group fitness that gave her the commitment, sense of belonging, and accountability she needed to reach her goals. The instructors inspired her and she wanted to be that person who helped others find passion in health and fitness in a way that she was able to. “I love the training process. I love learning new things and always growing and improving.”

In 2014, Catina opened the Hot Studios at Wilson’s and designed the new formats, Hot Barre and Fusion (Hot Yoga) exclusively for Wilson’s. She continues to choreograph new material for these programs on a regular basis. It is through the connections she makes with members that she is able to make life-changing experiences for them as well as find growth in herself. Catina lives each day with gratitude, in such a way that brings santosha, Sanskrit for contentment, to her life.

Coach Patty Loehr

Patty is a 200 RYT and a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Personal Trainer. She also holds certifications in DK Body Pilates, Stages Indoor Cycling and Flight, Les Mills RPM, BodyPump and BodyStep.

Patty was not a “fitness” person until she started attending Wilson’s as a member in 2014, realizing she needed to focus on her health. She started taking a yoga class one day a week and loved how it made her feel; how much more productive she was after just one class a week. She has since become a group fitness regular and runs in her spare time, having completed 4 half marathons

Patty has been teaching at Wilson’s since 2015. Patty loves helping members achieve their goals. In particular she loves to motivate new members to move their body and live a healthy lifestyle. Seeing the member’s confidence build along with the strength both mentally and physically is a truly rewarding experience for her. “Each person that comes to my class is taking time out of their life to turn the focus on themselves and their health. For many that is coming at a sacrifice of time with family or other important things happening in their life. I want to provide that individual with the absolute best workout experience so that they will continue to take that time for them!”

Coach Erica Canlas

Erica is a 200 RYT and holds certifications in YogaFit Levels 1-5, Anatomy & Alignment, Senior Yoga, Pilates and Kids Yoga. Erica became an instructor at Wilson’s in 2014 so she could share her love of yoga, fitness, and movement with others.

Erica first began teaching group fitness classes in college, where she earned a degree in Parks & Recreation. In addition to her extensive yoga background, she also has experience in aquatic fitness. What Erica loves most about teaching is encouraging others to move their bodies and stay connected with their body, mind, & spirit. She is passionate about helping others find sustainable movement and fitness practices they can use for a lifetime. Erica adds, “Cultivating ways to be active and to stay active for those who would typically find yoga/pilates inaccessible is truly fulfilling”.
