This week we’re highlighting instructor, Shelby Vines! Tune in Wednesday, May 30th as she takes over the Wilson’s Instagram story.

Shelby has always enjoyed playing sports so teaching group fitness in college was a natural move. She is a marathon runner and claims to be a “newbie” triathlete, as she is always looking to take on new adventure! Shelby is a Mizzou alum from St.Charles, who now calls Columbia home.

She loves all the members in her classes and enjoys being able to challenge others, as they themselves challenge her to be better instructor. When Shelby isn’t teaching group fitness, you can find her at Children’s Therapy Center or the Human Performance Institute working in pediatric therapy with children who have special needs or training individuals with chronic diseases. She loves to cook (usually healthy food 😊), although she couldn’t live without chips and guac or sweet potato fries! She also claims that she couldn’t live without coffee and admits she drinks an embarrassing amount and it’s probably really unhealthy. What is something you may not know about Shelby? She lived in the Dominican Republic for a summer working with English emergent summer camps for kids!

Join Shelby for class Mondays at 6AM for CXWorX, Tuesdays at 5:30PM for Fusion, Wednesdays at 7PM for Warm Iron Yoga, Sundays at 12PM Fusion and 2PM Flight, and on occasion subbing for a GRIT or KICKBOXING class!
