BODY STEP

BODYSTEP GETTING STARTED  (video)

This is a simple, athletic and fun workout using the step. Expect to achieve toning for the lower body, increased cardio and coordination, and upper and lower body conditioning for functional strength. (Express = 30 or 45 minutes)

HOT BARRE

Burn fat, lengthen tight muscles, improve functionality, increase energy and so much more...
This barre inspired workout is one of the fastest, most effective ways to burn calories and get toned! You just need to know these three numbers: 95 degrees, 45 minutes, 800 calories! Classes available at Forum and District.

PILATES IN THE DISTRICT

Pilates goes deep, using resistance to strengthen while it stretches.  The goal of Pilates is to develop a high degree of abdominal strength, better posture, stability, greater flexibility of the spine and limbs while combining the power of mind and body. Try a Mat Class or get a more personal experience and talk to Teresa about Machine instruction.

KICK BOXING AT FIT

This class incorporates a 15-minute warm up of stretching and cardio. There will be 30 minutes of bag work followed by 15 minutes of core work.  Class available at FIT.

AERIAL YOGA

Aerial yoga is a new type of yoga utilizing a fabric hammock as a tool to help students achieve traditional yoga poses. Increase overall health and physical agility while having fun and creating beauty. Hammock will be set at hip height. No experience necessary. Classes available at Forum and Rangeline.
