HOT YOGA WORKSHOP at FORUM
Tuesday, October 3rd 11:45AM or 7:00PM
This specialty workshop will focus on the poses from Fusion 8, the newest release of our choreographed hot yoga program. We’ll begin with a warming flow then spend time within each pose to understand its specifics. As we break down the alignment of each pose, you’ll learn how to create strength while staying safe. Poses include: sun salutations, warrior variations, triangle, bound floating half moon, standing and flying pigeon, revolving lunge and camel. In addition, we’ll explore the concept of ahimsa, or non-violence, and how it translates to the mat and to our lives.
MEMBERS AND NON MEMBERS ARE WELCOME. $5 + tax per person. Members can save their spot and enroll online. Non Members please call or stop in.
