SNAPPER SWIM TEAM 2024
We hope you’ll join us on the Snapper Swim Team for the 2024 season! Members of the Beach Club are invited to join and swimmers range in age and skill level.
Requirements: At the start of the season, we ask that swimmers be at least 5 years old and able to swim the full length of the pool independently.
Enrollment: Enrollment includes the practice time of your choosing, a team t-shirt, a swim cap and a towel. Please participate in the practice time you choose so we can plan our coach’s practices accordingly. Swim meet information will be coming soon! $159 per swimmer (+ tax/service fee)
Enrollment Breakdown: $159 + Fees/Taxes = $176.83 total [This includes all Show Me State League Fees/Service Fees/Taxes]
*Please enroll your child by May 4th 2024 to guarantee their t-shirt, swim cap and towel.

Meet @ CCMO/Macher. Warm Ups will begin at 4:30PM
The Beach Club Snappers will host THE MAC for a swim meet. Warm Ups will begin at 4PM and the meet will begin at 5PM. Only the zero entry pool will be open after 3:30PM. The rest of the pool will be closed for Snapper Swim Meet.

2024 COACHES
EMILY STEPHENS
Emily started her love of swimming at just 7 years old on the Snapper Swim Team! She swam competitively for 5 years and continued to swim throughout her high school career at Rock Bridge High School. She loves to coach and teach the little ones who are just starting out with the sport.
This will be Emily’s 8th year as a Snapper Swim Coach & Swim Lesson Instructor. This fall she will be a senior at Mizzou continuing her degree in Elementary Education.
STELLA WAGNER
Stella started swimming when she was just 6 years old in Fulton, Mo. When her family moved to Columbia, MO she joined Columbia Swim Club. She has swam competitively for 11 years and also swam from Rock Bridge High School. She has attended Rock Bridge State and Sectionals. She attends the University of Missouri with her major in health sciences for occupational therapy.
Her favorite part of working at the Beach Club is working with the kids and inspiring them to love swimming even more. This will be her 6th year doing private swim lessons and group swim lessons at the Beach Club. She is so excited for this summer and the fun to come!
TRACY MARTIN
Tracy has been the associate head coach for Mizzou Swimming since 2019. She came to Columbia from coaching at Eastern Michigan for 9 years. Tracy loves the sport and competed as a student athlete at the University of Michigan swimming and in track and field. We’re excited to not only have Tracy back this season as a swim mom, but a Snapper Coach as well!
LEO KURUCZ
Leo is from Kansas City, Missouri and started competitive swimming when he was 7 years old. He grew up swimming and racing his two 2 older sisters at a very young age. He currently attends the University of Missouri as a student athlete, swimming and studying Business Management.
Leo has taught private lessons in the past, giving tips for stroke technique and building swimmer’s confidence and love for the sport. He hopes to continue to build this sport and to have an awesome season with the Snappers!

30 min. sessions = $45 per private lesson
40 min. sessions = $55 per private lesson
