This movement is good to use as a warm up and to improve the movement of your hips and hamstrings.
Set up: You will need a stretch band, or you’re if at home use a towel or an old belt.
Wrap the band around one foot and then lay back flat on the floor. Start by raising your foot with the band. Try to keep the knee as straight as possible and take the foot straight up as far as possible. Then take the foot back toward the floor. Repeat this 10-20 times per side.
