This challenge is the motivation you need to kick your butt into shape, build muscle and lose fat.
MONDAY, APRIL 18TH - SATURDAY, MAY 28TH
The $219 enrollment fee includes unlimited access to the results based training sessions. Strength Days are focused on increasing strength and the accrual of muscle to transform. Metabolic Training Days are focused on maximizing the caloric burn. You will have unlimited access to the weekly schedule (currently 26 different sessions offered a week-see schedule below). All sessions will be in a small group setting and coached by one of our certified coaches.
