Allison Z / Emily B

Either of these instructors may be teaching this class:

Allison Zimbalist is certified in Les Mills BodyAttack and started teaching at Wilson’s in 2018.  She grew up playing sports, including softball, soccer, lacrosse, and track.  In college, she played lacrosse and participated in various intramural sports.  In grad school, she found that adult sports were not as accessible so she got into long-distance running; she has completed several half and full marathons.  Now that Allison has a family and young children, she has found a great love for group fitness , which allows her to challenge herself with great music and great energy!  She has her doctorate in physical therapy and has a great interest in health and fitness.  She loves BodyAttack because of the music and the challenging sports-style choreography it offers.  “You really can’t come to class without getting a great workout!”

Allison loves teaching because she loves to help others push themselves maybe a little more than they thought they would, all while working out and having fun doing it.  She wants members to know that BodyAttack is such a great class because it really allows you to work hard, no matter what fitness level you are at.  There are many options throughout class and we just want you to come have fun with us!

Though she’s been a group fitness junkie for over 15 years, Emily Beydler became an instructor in 2018.  Certified in Les Mills BodyAttack, she currently teaches BodyAttack, Total Body Workout (TBW), and Hot Barre.  Emily has been active her whole life, but started taking group fitness classes after college and became hooked!  She had always wanted to become an instructor, but didn’t know if and when that would happen… then when one of her favorite classes was taken off the schedule due to lack of instructors, the time seemed right.

Not only has becoming an instructor changed her own fitness level, but she loves being able to help fellow members challenge theirs as well.  Having members tell her they fit into their “goal” pants or that they are feeling good in the later stages of their pregnancy is so rewarding and pushes her to continue growing in her own journey, so she can help people continue to grow in theirs.  She also really loves the friendships and camaraderie that are forged in group fitness classes.  She wouldn’t trade this “job” for anything in the world.  It’s two of her favorite things rolled into one – working out and being with friends.

Emily wants members to know that if she can do it, they can do it.  When she found out she was pregnant with quadruplets in 2015, she gave away all of her “regular size” clothes and was certain she would never look the same again.  While her body (and her life) has changed since then, she finally began exercising again when the babies were 18 months old, and slowly but surely, she started to feel like herself again.  “It’s not about what shape you’re in, what size you are, or what you think a “gym” person looks like.  This is your health journey and what matters is that you show up.  Just come.  Group fitness is a truly a no-judgement zone and you will not find a more encouraging group of people to spend an hour with.  Let your instructors and your classmates be your cheerleaders and come enjoy your workout!”

Becky Nielsen

Becky is certified in Les Mills BodyCombat, BodyPump and BodyStep and is in-house trained in various Barre formats. She loves being active and considers it her favorite hobby. A Wilson’s member for over 10 years, she started teaching in March of 2014. An avid runner, she has completed over 20 half-marathons and 4 marathons to date and continues to train in distance running.  “The classes I currently teach complement running by promoting posture, strengthening legs and core, and help the body learn to engage muscles more effectively.”

Currently, Becky teaches Barre Fitness, FIT (Females In Training), Barrelates, and loves the overall group fitness experience.  She became an instructor to help others enjoy their workouts while getting stronger. “I love being at the gym. I see exercise as rewarding and fun, and I want others to feel the same.”  The relationships and friendships made at the gym have been a huge bonus to feeling strong.

Instructor: Anah Riley

Studio: Rangeline Group

Anah Riley

Anah Riley

Anah became certified in Les Mills BodyCombat in 2018 and has been teaching it at Wilson’s since then.  She chose to become an instructor because group fitness changed her life.  Growing up struggling with her weight and health, she discovered group fitness classes (along with personal training and lifting) her senior year of high school.  She made the conscious decision to take her life back.  She loved the community of a class, the personal, cared-for feeling each instructor gave you.  “They made me feel like I could conquer anything, like I was valued, important, and had a purpose.  That would get me through class, and even more – life.”  What started out as something she felt like she had to do turned into something she looked forward to doing all day!

Anah wants members to feel like that when they come to her class; its a place where they can give everything they have to walk out feeling stronger emotionally, mentally, and physically.  “It’s about so much more than what happens in a one-hour class – it’s how you take your life back and care for yourself in mind, body, and spirit!”  What she loves best about teaching is getting to know members and seeing them get stronger, fitter, and overall happier.  She loves learning about their stories.  She wants to teach that PROGRESS is what matters, not perfection.  Everybody’s roads look different, but we’re all on them together!  Anah wants members to know that group fitness is for EVERYBODY.  There is a class (or two, or three!) out there for everyone.  Instructors care for you in and out of the gym.  “To be able to do life with you is a privilege that motivates both us and you!”

Ali Wood

Alissa “Ali” Wood has been a fitness instructor since 2012 and joined the Wilson’s team in 2017.  She is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and is certified in YogaFit Level 1, Les Mills BodyFlow, and Parisi.  Ali currently teaches TBW, yoga, BodyFlow, and Kickboxing.  She became an instructor because of the people; she wants to put something positive back into the world and spread knowledge.  She needs to give in order to feel a sense of purpose and she loves helping other people feel good.  Ali loves the after-glow of a good workout – when it’s finished and everyone is spent and they get the collective “ahhhh”.

A former middle school teacher and librarian, Ali loves to read and write, and never tires for learning.  She appreciates the challenge of goal-setting and thrives on creating anything from recipes to home decor… but wouldn’t call herself artsy – crafty, maybe.  For her, the creative process is the enjoyment, just like fitness!

Amy Eultgen

Amy has been teaching yoga since 2011 and has been on the Wilson’s team since 2013, currently teaching Rooftop Yoga and Gentle Yoga.  She completed her 200 RYT in 2014 through Yoga Alliance.  Amy’s fitness background includes a mixed gym bag of several half marathons, kickboxing classes, cycling, swimming, weightlifting, yoga, volleyball, and anything that gets her blood pumping!

Amy became an instructor because she wanted to co-facilitate the empowered feelings of moving, exploring, and learning about the body, just as she experienced in yoga classes.  Nothing warms her heart more than when people in class ask how each other are doing and genuinely respond.  She loves how this community that has evolved is so supportive and powerful and she is grateful to be a part of it.  “As we each discover more about ourselves through movement and stillness, I can see the ripple effect occur, as we are more patient, honest, and respectful towards one another.”
