Becky Nielsen

Becky is certified in Les Mills BodyCombat, BodyPump and BodyStep and is in-house trained in various Barre formats. She loves being active and considers it her favorite hobby. A Wilson’s member for over 10 years, she started teaching in March of 2014. An avid runner, she has completed over 20 half-marathons and 4 marathons to date and continues to train in distance running.  “The classes I currently teach complement running by promoting posture, strengthening legs and core, and help the body learn to engage muscles more effectively.”

Currently, Becky teaches Barre Fitness, FIT (Females In Training), Barrelates, and loves the overall group fitness experience.  She became an instructor to help others enjoy their workouts while getting stronger. “I love being at the gym. I see exercise as rewarding and fun, and I want others to feel the same.”  The relationships and friendships made at the gym have been a huge bonus to feeling strong.

Jennifer Harding

Jennifer Harding

Jennifer has been teaching Les Mills BodyCombat at Wilson’s since she became certified in 2016.  She joined Wilson’s in 2010, immediately after trying her first BodyCombat class; she was hooked!  She continued to take classes and participated in small group personal training, as well.

Jennifer became an instructor because she loves helping others and wants to encourage them, as her instructors encouraged her.  Her participants inspire and encourage her, too, and she feels she can push herself to work harder when she’s teaching.  She loves how BodyCombat makes her feel strong, empowered, and unstoppable… its addicting!

Instructor: Lindsey Bitner

Mon

Lindsey Bitner

Lindsey Bitner

Lindsey began teaching at Wilson’s in 2017.  She is certified in Les Mills GRIT and BodyAttack and currently teaches both.  She is a lifelong athlete – she played basketball for four years and track for one year in college.  After graduating and no longer having a mandated fitness routine, she knew she needed to get involved at a gym and get more support and accountability.  She discovered GRIT and was challenged and inspired by her instructor, Eric Blumberg.  It quickly became her favorite class and the strength conditioning gave her what she had been missing.  When a GRIT training opportunity presented itself, Eric encouraged her to go.  Now she has a great team of instructors and group fitness friends that push her to be her best each and every class.

What Lindsey loves best about teaching is that the class participants only see each other once or twice a week, but in those hours, everyone gets better!  Whether its meeting a fitness goal, coming back from an injury, or just getting away from the world, we do it together and leave the room stronger than we came in.  She wants members to know that “Its ok to get tired – especially in GRIT!  The workouts are designed to be tough and push us to our limits, so don’t be afraid to hit a wall.  That’s where the magic happens!”

Instructor: Kelie Morgan

Kelie Morgan

Kelie Morgan

Kelie holds certifications in Les Mills BodyStep, BodyPump, BodyAttack, GRIT, BodyFlow, and CXWorX, and has completed YogaFit Levels 1, 2, and 3. She is also a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Council on Strength and Fitness (NCSF) and has her USA Weightlifting Sports Performance Coach and has achieved her CrossFit Level 1 certification.

Always athletic, Kelie was active in sports when she was younger, but didn’t discover group fitness until after she had her second baby and needed to get 60 pounds of pregnancy off. She started attending BodyStep and was instantly hooked. “The endorphins and the adrenaline were real and so were the results!” Less than  year later, she went to her first training. That was in 2008 and she’s been teaching multiple classes every week since. Currently, Kelie teaches Fusion, BodyStep, and TRX/Kettle Circuit.

At first, becoming an instructor was about the challenge of doing something far outside of her comfort zone. But once she started, it became more about her members. “I realized that I could help them and lift them, even if it was just for one hour a day. It was clear to me then, that this was not just a hobby or a fun pastime for me, it was my passion.”

Kelie wants her participants to know that she has been where they have been.; she’s been overweight and out of shape, she’s been injured, overworked and overstressed. She knows the reasons that stop them from taking that first scary step into the group fitness studio. But she promises, “I will be there to welcome you, introduce you to a friend and above all else, give you a great workout!”

Patty Loehr

Patty Loehr

Patty has been teaching at Wilson’s since 2015. She completed her 200 RYT and is certified in Stages Indoor Cycling and Flight, and Les Mills RPM and BodyPump.  She currently teaches Fusion, Gentle Flow, Hot Barre, RPM, Flight, and BodyPump.  Patty was not a “fitness” person until she started attending Wilson’s as a member in 2014, realizing she needed to focus on her health.  She started taking a yoga class one day a week and loved how it made her feel; how much more productive she was after just one class a week.  Later that year, she took Fusion and knew after just two classes that she wanted to teach it.  She also started running in 2014, with the goal of running a half marathon.  Patty completed her first half marathon in October of that year. In 2017, she started cycling outdoors thinking that she could possibly participate in a duathalon.  That plan had one thing missing though, so she is currently teaching herself to swim so that she can participate in a triathlon!

Patty loves seeing members living an active lifestyle.  “Each person that comes to my class is taking time out of their life to turn the focus on themselves and their health.  For many that is coming at a sacrifice of time with family or other important things happening in their life. I want to provide that individual with the absolute best workout experience so that they will continue to take that time for them!”
