WELCOME TO WILSON'S on FORUM
I would highly recommend the tutoring program at Wilson's. Kids learn best when they are having fun, which is how we heard about the program. A good friend of my son's, who was a student, told him about all the games they got to play so my son asked me if he could go to Wilson's too. We had tried other programs to help my son improve in reading but we never found any that were successful for us. We decided to give Wilson's a try. My son comes home so excited and has an attitude of confidence. I asked him what he liked best about going to see Marilyn at Wilson's. He said "she is so nice and she really cares about how well I am doing. She will ask me about my school work and change what we are doing to help me even more." She makes it fun for the student (so they want to keep attending), is flexible for the parent (so you can keep him from missing due to a busy schedule with other activities) and shows a genuine interest and effort in making sure your child improves. My son's reading has improved tremendously. I am so grateful to his tutor Marilyn for all that she has done for my son.

My son has been working with Marilyn for approximately three months in hopes of improving his reading skills and his confidence as a reader. In this very short period of time Jack has made impressive gains in both areas. My wife and I have enjoyed watching Jack begin to embrace reading and foster a sense of empowerment as he experiences more success. We attribute this to our short time with Marilyn. I have been really impressed with her professionalism and patient, warm nature. She is truly a wonderful educator!

Marilyn,
Thank you SO much for helping Devin with his confidence and support in reading. I was so thrilled to see the progress that he made this year. Out of all of my students, he made the most improvements. I see a different attitude in him as well. I am very grateful to you for helping this wonderful young man this year. I hope he is going to keep up with his lessons with you during the summer so that there is no slipping. I wish you well with the final week of school. I once taught first grade and I know how busy those 6 year olds can be at the end of the year. Have a wonderful summer!

Marilyn has tutored our son Devin and helped him surpass his reading level. Devin always looked forward to working with Marilyn every session. He always came home confident in himself and his abilities and for this we will always thank her.
