All Wilson’s and Beach Club Members have access to the Wilson’s Member Self Service (MSS) site. You can use your account to update contact information, make a payment, check your activities and enroll in Team Training, Specialty Classes and courses offered at Wilson’s and the Beach Club.

HOW TOs and FAQs
WHAT CAN I USE MY ACCOUNT FOR? You can update your contact information, pay a past due, check your activities at the club, look at your account history and enroll in classes and courses.
WHERE DO I LOG IN? Click the My Account Sign In button below which will take you to your log in page. Here you will enter your username and password.
HOW DO I GET A USER NAME AND PASSWORD? The number on your key tag will serve as both. The first time you log in, you will be prompted to change your password and you can either keep that number as your username or you can change it once you are logged in.
DO YOU NEED MY CURRENT E-MAIL ADDRESS? Yes, we need to have a current e-mail address on your account in order for the system to send you confirmations of enrollment or cancellation. Once you log in, please update all of your contact information by clicking on My Account, then 1) Click on My Information, 2) click edit 3) Make changes or updates as needed 4) Click save.
CAN I USE MSS FROM MY PHONE? YES This process works very well from a smart phone. In fact if you go to this page from your phone, you can book mark or save the log in page to your home screen and it will be at your fingertips whenever you want to enroll or unenroll.
WHAT IF I LOSE MY KEY TAG? Not only is the key tag your access to Member Self Service, it is also the most convenient way to check in at the clubs. If you have lost your key tag you may purchase a new one at the front desk of any fitness location for just $5.
ONCE I LOG IN TO MY ACCOUNT, HOW DO I ENROLL IN A CLASS? On the left side of the page you will find your menu. From there do the following: 1) Choose Classes & Courses 2) Choose the box that says Enroll In New Class (Choose Course for Beach Club programs) 3) Choose the club name that has your location name along with the class type. Forum Specialty, Forum Team Training, Rangeline Specialty, Rangeline Team Training, etc.. 4) A box will pop up with information about the classes. If the class is full please do not register as stand by. You can still come in and be placed on a waiting list if someone cancels, but the stand by option is not working at this time. If there is space, click Enroll in Class and you’re done!
HOW DO I CHECK IN FOR CLASS Plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to class. If you are not checked in 5 minutes prior to class start, your spot may be given away.
CAN I CANCEL MY ENROLLMENT IF SOMETHING COMES UP? You can unenroll from classes through your on line account or call the club to cancell no less than 2 hours before class begins. If you choose to cancel less than 2 hours prior to the class start or if you do not show up for the class, there will be a $5 fee charged to your account for all Members who hae a class enrollment option on their memberships. There are no refunds for regularly charged classes.
