Located inside the MAC at 2900 Forum Blvd., F.I.T. is just a short drive for almost everyone. Not only does F.I.T. have aerobic classes, warm water aquatics classes and machines designed just for women, there are plenty of activities at The MAC that will help keep your kids active as you exercise too. Complimentary child care 3 months to 10 years included!
