Tia Casady, general manager of Wilson's in the District
Received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a double major in marketing and management. She is currently enrolled at Columbia College and will graduate with an MBA in 2010. Tia has been teaching group exercise classes and working one-on-one with clients for over a decade and holds a number of fitness certifications. Tia recently moved back to Columbia after living on Hilton Head Island in South Carolina where she managed a health club and sold real estate. She is excited and eager to work for Wilson's, a leader in the fitness industry.

Rebecca is currently enrolled at the University of Missouri pursuing a bachelor’s degree in nutrition and exercise physiology.  She is a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine along with American Red Cross CPR, AED, and first aid.  Rebecca pays close attention to each of her clients’ goals to create personalized workout programs that will help you achieve those goals.  She is a firm believer in approaching every workout with a purpose, not just going through the motions.  You owe it to yourself to make the most of every workout!

Matt is a Nutrition and Fitness major at the University of Missouri. He is certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and holds a CPR, AED, and first aid certification as well. As an active bodybuilder, he knows what it takes to get in peak shape. He is a strong believer in increasing neuromuscular efficiency to maximize training. Matt keeps a close eye on form, making sure each and every muscle is performing its intended function. He feels that his role as a trainer is not only to train, but also to educate his clients on effective training methods.



Gary Homann
Gary Homann 
Dr. Homann has a Ph.D. in Health Psychology and is an American College of Sports Medicine certified Health Fitness Specialist. He is an expert in helping his clients achieve long-term fitness goals, especially weight loss and sport performance. He believes what he has learned with his research can help you not only to get fit but to stay fit and keep that extra weight off. Gary is an avid rower and he enjoys competing in indoor rowing competitions. He currently has the fastest 500m time in the world in his class this year.





Ryan Laird
Ryan is a National Academy of Sports Medicine certified personal trainer and is CPR and AED certified through the American Heart Association. Working with clients of all ages, Ryan strives to create the best individualized workouts for everyone, paying close attention to their goals. He specializes in many areas, including the correction of postural imbalances as well as stabilization and balance, in order to lead to a greater overall physical health. His style includes a fun yet tough, well constructed exercise plan in which he tells his clients to "dig deep", and soon see the results they wish to achieve. Words such as "can't" or "won't" are not acceptable. Ryan believes all goals should be set at the highest level and takes great pride in his clients success.


Cody PhelpsCody Phelps
Cody Phelps is currently enrolled at the University of Missouri pursuing a bachelor’s degree in nutrition and fitness physiology with a minor in business. In his free time, he enjoys mountain biking, weight lifting, and helping others. He is certified through the International Sports Sciences Association along with American Red Cross in CPR, AED, and first aid. Cody's background covers a wide variety of fitness areas so he can help you to achieve any fitness goal that you have. Cody does his best to create a workout personalized for each and every client. His workout style is centered around weight training, circuit workouts, hypertrophy, and cardiovascular strength that will challenge his clients and bring the best results, while keeping his clients safe.
