 Dear Beach Club Family!

The snow is melted, the sun is shining, and warm weather is finally upon us!  This can only mean one thing: Beach Club season is just around the corner!  With our ELEVENTH anniversary celebration only months away, we invite you to mark your calendars for upcoming registration events that your family will not want to miss out on.
                        
Date:  Saturday April 25th 
Place: Wilson’s Total Fitness Centers- Forum Location
Time:  9:00AM-12:00PM                       
Event: Preseason Extreme Team Suit Fitting
(Our 2009 X-Treme Team suit will be similar to past years!  If you would like to be fit for a new suit come see us, but you are more than welcome to use your suit from last year.  Also, this event is not just for previous swimmers; anyone interested in being on the team is welcome!)
SPECIAL X-TREME TEAM SNAPPERS ANNOUNCEMENT:  NEW THIS YEAR, WE WILL BE HOSTING EVENING PRACTICE ON TUESDAYS AND THURSDAYS!  DETAILS TO FOLLOW!

Date:  Tuesday, May 12th
Place:  Wilson’s Total Fitness Centers- Forum Location
Time: 4:00PM-8:00PM 
Event:  Pre-registration for Learn to Swim Program or Wilson’s X-Treme Team Summer Swim Program, additional team suit fittings, pick up guest passes and schedules, Kid’s Summer Triathlon, Beach Club Birthday Bash or Night Owl party, general summer information.  Please note that if you have not yet ordered a swim team suit, but plan on doing so, this is the last date we will be able to guarantee your swimmer’s suit will arrive on time!

Date:  Friday May 22nd
Place: Wilson’s Beach and Tennis Club
Time:  4:00PM-8:00PM
Event: Wilson’s Beach and Tennis Club Open House (This will provide additional opportunity to register for Beach Club programs or to pick up membership cards and guest passes. No swim suits are necessary, but stop by to enjoy music and friends!)

Place:   Wilson’s Beach and Tennis Club
Time:   10:30AM-8:00PM

Of course, the above mentioned days will by no means be the only days to register for our Beach Club programs, but these dates may be helpful in planning for a busy summer.  And we hope to see many new swimmers on our swim team; let us know if you have questions about your child’s swimming abilities! Additionally, membership cards from last year will work again this season, so hang onto those cards!  We invite you to also browse our interactive website at www.wilsonsfitness.com for further details about our summer schedule! As always, a Wilson’s Fitness Representative is available anytime at 573.446.3232 to answer any additional questions you may have. So mark those calendars, grab that swimsuit, and get excited for what will be the best Beach Club season ever!

All the fun kicks off at 5:00 with themed games, special guests, and other super fun activities! We'll feature an extra special dinner opportunity for you and your family to enjoy, too, which we'll begin serving at 5:30!
