Sports Training Programs
Wilson’s Xceleration offers a program for athletes ages 10 and up of all abilities and sports. Step on the field, court, or track with confidence and swagger knowing you have prepared with the best.
Xceleration Training
Full program is for athletes ages 14 and up
Training is 3 times a week for 6 weeks plus a pre-test and post-test for a total of 20 sessions
Youth training is for athletes ages 10-13
Training is 2x a week for 5 weeks for a total of 10 1 hour sessions
