"My experience at Wilson's Fitness with Jon and Neisha, using the Xceleration Program has been the most important component to my training for professional basketball. The staff has gone out of their way to personalize each training session to better develop my strength, conditioning, explosiveness, quick twitch muscles, and form for running, jumping, and all movements in between. I have been strapped down to platforms, pulled by resistance bands while sprinting, ran uphill backwards, and maxed out on level ground sprints. Jon and Neisha have pushed me at the right times, and corrected my form in the right ways to build my confidence in intense preparation to play professional basketball. At one point when the resistance bands were unhooked from my belt while doing quick jumps on the platform, I felt like I was floating in the air and my feet were tapping the platform without me even thinking about it. Many of these workouts have become a reaction for my body that can happen without even thinking about it. The weighted plyo jumps, and numerous different leg lifts have combined with different sprint workouts in a matter that has pushed my body to the limits, with growth in each session.
I believe the true measurement of success is in how someone training plays in the respective sport; for me I feel, quicker, stronger, and faster. I've noticed a differences when going for loose balls and I get an extra step on my man by changing direction quicker. When I jump to contest a shot, I land and find myself right back in the air to snatch the rebound without even thinking about it. My horizontal and vertical foot speed feels competitive with any one I guard, and I am very hungry for my season to begin so I can explode into the league. I have been fortunate to preview a new item in the acceleration program with the sport/shooting cords, that when used on the court help my hand speed and shooting form to feel automatic at distances that I usually feel a strain when shooting from. When using the armbands for dribbling drills, I can unhook the resistance bands in seconds and my hands feel light speeds quicker than the ball when I handle it.
I will be playing in Israel this season, but major components of my game there will showcase the products of the Xceleration Program in Columbia, Missouri.

Doing the Wilson's acceleration program has got me into great shape. I like how the trainers adapted different workouts to accommodate for the different sports, because football players need more drills that help develop quick twitch muscles more than endurance. I've personally haven't been through a harder workout. It's been 4 weeks and I already feel the effects. I feel quicker, more explosive, and not to mention the change in my over all physical shape. To me the main focus is on my core and that's where most of my strength comes from in playing sports. I know doing this program is going to give me the test results and edge that I was looking for.
